OCR SIREKAP Presidential Election 2024

Developed a deep learning OCR model for Indonesia's 2024 C1 presidential election forms as part of my thesis. Prior to model development, performed manual image annotation on over 500 C1 forms at the character level to prepare high quality training data. Built using TensorFlow Keras and OpenCV, the model achieved 96% balanced accuracy in character recognition and was deployed via a simple web interface using Streamlit.

Developed a regression model to predict house prices using 80 predictor variables including land area, exterior design, and road conditions. Conducted exploratory data analysis (EDA), feature engineering, and statistical analysis to understand key drivers of price. Applied advanced regression algorithms such as Random Forest, LightGBM, and CatBoost to improve prediction accuracy. Tools used include Python, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.

Worked with a team of 7 to develop an Android application that recommends healthy recipes based on the ingredients users already have. I was responsible for building an ingredient recognition model using transfer learning with MobileNetV3-Large, achieving 96% top-1 accuracy. The model was converted to TensorFlow Lite for efficient on-device inference (under 100 ms latency on mid-range smartphones), and I also provided TF-JS model to enable both cloud-based and edge computing deployments.
