Lead Developer
I have an engineer degree in software development and I have 15 years of experience in development. I first joined Amadeus IT group, leader of the travel industry, as a backend developer for Web applications for 5 years. Then I decided to move to Canada to join FrimaStudio in the gaming industry for more challenges. I joined first as a backend developer for 3 years then changed to a gameplay developer role for 5 years mostly on mobile games. Finally 2 years ago I moved to a lead developer role still at Frima. I now moved back to France close to Montpellier and joined SopraSteria as a lead backend.

Cultural Fit Analysis
The candidate has worked for a few companies over a long period, indicating stability. The transition from enterprise Java development to game development (Unity, mobile, console) and back to a lead developer role at Sopra Steria demonstrates adaptability and a willingness to explore different technical domains. This diversity could be a good cultural fit for organizations valuing broad experience and adaptability. However, the target role 'Associate Developer - Sr. Developer' might not fully align with 19 years of experience, including lead roles, potentially indicating a mismatch in expectations or a desire for a less demanding role.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
The candidate's experience descriptions suggest a strong operational fit, having worked in various project phases (development, live maintenance, technical support) and team sizes. Lead developer roles indicate leadership and team collaboration skills. However, without specific psychometric test results or interview data, soft skills cannot be definitively assessed.
