GitHubOverflow - Quality Indicator for StackOverflow posts based on GitHub Popularity

The project was built during the DataHack hackathon event (http://datahack-il.com/). Workflow: Index the entire StackOverflow data dump into SQL Server, Index popular Java repositories from GitHub, offline process that search an approximate match between code snippets (i.e. BLAST) from stackoverflow to github repositories code. The end user installs a chrome browser extension that adds an additional quality indicator to stackoverflow posts. The project initially started as IntelliJ plugin that uses offline trained LSTM network to generate and suggest the next code snippet that the developer is most likely to use.
Social Media Analytics - Brand Sentiment Analysis

Tool for discovering customer sentiment from various of online sources (Twitter, Reddit Etc..) in regard to a product, brand name etc. Sentiment analysis is performed by digesting unsupervised and supervised data sets with Word-2-Vec and random forests.
Home Alarm System - Land Mine Component

The Arduino circuit senses its environment; upon change it triggers the Android mobile device via Bluetooth (Located in range up to 30m). This starts the alarm, sends SMS and initiates a phone call to predefined phone numbers. In cases when the Android mobile device battery turns low or it doesn’t sense the Arduino circuit anymore it also sends an SMS and initiates a phone call to predefined phone numbers with a proper message. This way both devices - Arduino and Android back each other for better survivability of the system.
