Worked as a Software Test engineer at TestHouse over 4 year mainly into Banking Domain. Experienced in identifying and resolving critical defects and mentoring junior testers. Through this whole journey I have learned so many testing methodologies as well as got an excellent hands-on experience over a wide range of banking products including Mobile banking, Internet Banking, Core Banking (T24 & Finacle). I got the opportunity to work with four different Leading banks across Middle east & Australia. Worked on testing Mobile Banking and Internet Banking applications to provide the customer with most efficient products. Worked on Core Banking Applications such as T24 (Customer, Account, Deposit, Payments and loan) & Finacle (Customer, Account, Deposit and Payments). Worked for best leading banks such as UFS (Uniting Financial Services Australia), QIB (Qatar Islamic Bank), Bank Muscat and BNK (Bank Australia). Analyze BRD, FSD and solution documents to understand requirements to carry out testing with 100 % efficiency and delivered projects with zero defects. Provide support during go live and post deployment activities. Detected bugs and classified them based on the severity, Priority and reported them.
