Akash Medhi

I have around 2.4 years of experience working in operations and supporting business workflows in startup environments. In my recent role at Skill Veda, I worked closely with the sales and leadership teams, supporting lead generation, CRM management, and overall pipeline tracking. My role involved organizing data, maintaining structured trackers, and ensuring that follow-ups, updates, and execution were happening smoothly. Along with that, I also built and managed a university outreach channel from scratch, where I coordinated with external stakeholders, tracked communication, and managed the flow of candidate data and submissions across multiple cities. A key part of my work has been maintaining clarity and structure in day-to-day operations — whether it’s managing information, tracking progress, or ensuring that tasks don’t get missed. I’m comfortable working independently, managing multiple responsibilities, and supporting teams by keeping systems organized and communication clear.
