I have over 6 years of experience as a QA Analyst, working on both web and mobile applications across multiple domains. Currently, I am working with PortPro Technologies, where I am involved in testing a cloud-based Transportation Management System used in the logistics and drayage industry. My role includes analyzing requirements, creating detailed test cases, and performing functional, regression, and API testing. I have also worked on automation using Selenium WebDriver with Python, where I implemented the Page Object Model and Pytest framework to improve test efficiency and reduce manual effort. In addition, I have hands-on experience in end-to-end testing of complex workflows, such as shipment lifecycle from booking to billing. I also perform API testing using Postman and manage defects using JIRA. I actively participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases. One of my key achievements is reducing defects significantly through effective test coverage and automation strategies. I have also worked on testing AI-based features such as chatbot validation and rule-based automation, ensuring accuracy, response handling, and reliability. Before that, I worked at Varsha Weblabs, where I handled multiple projects like e-commerce and real estate applications. There, I was responsible for requirement analysis, test case design, functional and regression testing, and defect tracking. I gained strong experience in module-level testing and improving product quality by identifying critical bugs early in the cycle. Overall, I have strong expertise in manual testing, API testing, and basic automation, along with a good understanding of Agile methodology and SDLC/STLC processes.
