Project Experience: Spearheaded the successful development and deployment of a Digital MGU Platform, delivering a modern and consistent experience for underwriting insurance companies across multiple MGUs, covering various lines of business (LOBs) within the property and casualty (P&C) insurance sector. Ensured comprehensive testing and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle, contributing significantly as part of the QA team. Actively participated in PI planning, sprint grooming, estimation, defining QA processes and scope, and resource planning of different PODS. Enhanced domain and platform knowledge through conducting multiple knowledge transfer (KT) sessions, facilitating team proficiency. Collaborated effectively with different teams, including the Digital Team, Enterprise QA Team, and Insurity SMEs, to maintain Dev-QA harmony. Performed a wide range of testing, including functional testing, database testing, E2E and regression testing, to meet stringent quality standards. Utilized test management tools such as Jira and TestRail to efficiently track and manage test cases, defects, and progress. Maintained high-quality documentation of testing processes, results, and QA procedures to ensure transparency and traceability.
