GTM Engineer @ IncrementumX | Building AI agents for customer acquisition and customer experience for SaaS| Onboarded 15 startups + 2 mid-market firms in 30 days | Building an Agentic CSM
I build AI systems that help companies get customers, automate execution, and improve customer journeys. Right now, I’m a GTM Engineer at IncrementumX, where I’m building autonomous and intelligent systems that help IncX and its clients generate pipeline, acquire customers, and automate GTM execution using AI agents and the right workflow stack. Previously, at Calley AI, I co-built Voice AI systems for sales and recruitment workflows and helped create a predictable pipeline of roughly $5K MRR at an early stage. We generated early interest from MNCs in the telecom sector, received pilot requests from a $40M firm, a mid-sized fintech company, and other mid-sized businesses, and nearly secured access to a call database of around 40,000 calls at the MVP stage to train higher-quality models. I’ve also worked deeply across AI research and applied systems. At BLAST AI, I built and fine-tuned language-model systems and worked on reinforcement learning and production-oriented AI workflows. At Harvard Venture Tech Summer Program, I got exposure to startup thinking, validation, and early-stage execution in a highly selective environment. I was also accepted into programs like TKS and LaunchX with scholarships, and into The Coding School’s quantum computing program on a 100% scholarship. Alongside this, I’m building an Agentic Customer Success Manager for SaaS and platform-based companies — an AI system designed to support onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and expansion with less manual overhead. What excites me most is building AI that is commercially useful, technically real, and operationally scalable. Areas I’m especially focused on: • AI agents for GTM • pipeline generation systems • outbound and workflow automation • agentic customer success • customer journey orchestration • SaaS growth systems If you’re building in SaaS, AI,

Cultural Fit Analysis
The candidate shows a strong drive for learning and self-improvement, evidenced by participation in various programs (Harvard, Plaksha, The Coding School) and self-initiated projects. The co-founder roles indicate initiative, leadership potential, and a results-oriented mindset. The diversity of projects, from quantum computing to AI for sales, suggests a broad intellectual curiosity. The target role of Computer Vision aligns well with the candidate's demonstrated project experience in CNNs and self-driving applications. However, the rapid succession of short-term roles might indicate a lack of long-term commitment or focus, which could be a cultural fit consideration for some organizations.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
The candidate's experience as a Co-Founder at Calley AI and AsterMates, along with roles at IncrementumX and Roote, suggests an entrepreneurial mindset, ability to work in fast-paced environments, and focus on practical, commercially relevant solutions. Participation in programs like Harvard Venture Tech Summer Program and buildspace indicates a proactive approach to learning and networking. The description of 'clarity > speed' suggests a thoughtful approach to problem-solving. However, the GTM Engineer role at IncrementumX and Builder role at Roote are very recent and their impact on operational fit for a Computer Vision role is not fully clear.
