Most PMs can write a roadmap. Fewer can ship it without the wheels falling off. I've spent more than a decade learning both sides of that equation, starting as a Business Analyst, moving through Program and Design Operations leadership, and now owning product strategy and UX direction at Yanolja Cloud Solution, a global hospitality SaaS platform serving thousands of hotel properties worldwide. That delivery background isn't a detour. It's why I think differently about the product.
