Hands-on experience in testing Direct Carrier Billing (DCB) payment flow and performed end-to-end testing of subscription-based payments via telecom operators. Experienced in testing mobile applications similar to KukuFM (audio streaming & subscription-based platform). Able to identify UI/UX issues, suggest improvements, seek user satisfaction feedback, and bring new ideas. Experienced in testing landing pages for marketing campaigns and product promotions.
