Triumph platform is cards platform of Amex which focuses on US market & consumers, it involves products like charge cards. There're multiple cards functionalities that are present as a part of the triumph platform like posting disputes like charges off, account boarding, payments interest & ageing etc. presently the triumph platform works on mainframe, Amex as decided to move it to JAVA, to reduce costs, increase efficiency, make it more customer friendly by reducing storage, quicker to market, more profitability etc. So, the reverse engineer will derive the functionality out of the individual cards journey & functional documents will be prepared using which forward engineering will be done to design same in JAVA

Anthem is an American health insurance company founded in the 1940s. Prior to 2014 known as WellPoint, Inc. It's largest for managed health care company in the blue cross Inc blue shield association. Anthem mainly provide individual small group (ISG) & large group (WGS) related claims to subscribers. I had involved in the processing of the claims which are part of either large or small group. The claims flow consists of different stages which are claims loading. Claims validation, claims adjudication & claims finalization. In case if the claims are having any issue business will the issue towards IT dept using JIRA link based on priority. I'll work on issues reported to me based on the priority till closing date. The DCN number provide by client based on criteria specified by the client I've to act according and then incase if the issue needs system fix, I would need to go ahead with the system changes according to the issue, will do unit testing & will produce next release (NY, CO, GA, IN and CA).
